S925 Moissanite pieces are made to order, estimated manufacture and shipping time: 2 - 4 weeks
If an order is placed on Sunday it will be packaged on Monday morning and should arrive Tuesday, Wednesday by the latest.
Packages are sent out PER ORDER. If a large order is made it will be combined and sent together.

We want you to love your Subtle Flex item as much as we loved designing, creating & wearing it. That’s why, if you’re not completely happy with it we'll give you a refund. All we ask is that that it’s returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging, within 14 days of your order date. (28 days for USA)
